I feel that I get more than enough exercise when i'm in school and when i'm at home. I get plenty of exercise at school because I'm in a weight training and fitness class. In the class we do a lot of different activities that will make you sweat if you actually try. Everyday in the class we will run do different exercises like ab work outs or push up workouts. After we do our exercises we will go up in the weight room and workout 5 different muscle groups. After school I go home and relax for awhile then I come back to the gym and have a 2 hour basketball practice that involves a lot of running and physical exercises. My basketball practices are really intense and will make you sweat a lot. Having a weight training and fitness class and an intense basketball practice gives me all the exercise that I need.
