I feel I get the recommended amount of sleep every night. I have a set schedule everyday, I usually get to bed around ten and wake up at 6:30. I think getting the right amount of sleep everyday is important because if you don't it can cause you problems. If i go to school without getting a lot of sleep I feel super tired and don't feel like understand things as well. If people don't get the right amount of sleep it can make them less productive at their jobs and could be dangerous. By the time I end up going to sleep I am really tired because of my set schedule. If I don't do the same sleep pattern then i could end up with a headache in the morning and Will end up being really drowsy. I get the right amount of sleep everyday because I have a schedule.
