Eating a lot of sugar can cause health problems to your body. I think certain people should watch the amount of sugar they eat everyday. If you eat a loot of sugar every day you can get diabetes and end up having really bad health problems. I do not think it is healthy to eat a lot of sugar, I think people need to have a balanced diet on eating certain foods. I do not eat a lot of sugar everyday, I like to stay healthy because i'm in basketball not eating right can cause me to be out of shape. If people know that they aren't eating healthy they should try and find a program that helps them cut down on the amount of sugar. Sugar taste really good and is in most of the food we eat, if you eat too much it will hurt your body and cause problems. Sugar is tasty on the lips but a lifetime on the hips.
